Plot Summary: Blind from birth, Zooni Baig lives in a small town 45 kilometers from Gulmarg in the State of Kashmir, India, with her protective parents, Zulfikar, and Nafisa. As a result, Zooni travels on her own for the first time. Upon arrival in Delhi, the troupe is met by their Guide, Rehan Khan, who takes an instant liking to Zooni, soon both fall in love, and on her last day in Delhi, sleep together. Rehan wants Zooni to regain her vision and gets her admitted to a local hospital, while she invites her parents to witness her regaining her sight as well as meet her lover. Rehan is dispatched to pick them from Delhi but on the way there he is killed in a bomb explosion by Independent Kashmiris Front (IKF), a militant organization that wants an independent Kashmir without interference from both India and Pakistan. Zooni does regain her vision, she gets to see her parents for the first time, but is devastated to learn of Rehan’s passing. He continuously transmits the sound generated by the syllable “Om” and hopes that someone somewhere will hear this signal and respond to it. One day, he does get a response, and he hurries to share this with experts–only to be scoffed at. Humiliated at this, he returns home and that is when an earthquake occurs, destroying the house with all the equipment, seriously injuring a pregnant Sonia, and killing Sanjay. Because of to her injuries, Sonia is able to deliver a baby boy, albeit with serious mental disabilities, whom she names Rohit. The child does survive and grow up - only physically, as mentally he is a mere child. Complications arise when Rohit is taunted and made fun of in school. Is Rohit making all this up with an overly active childish imagination (for who can believe a mentally challenged individual having hallucinations about aliens and spaceships?) or is he really hiding an extra-terrestrial?

Vishnu and Punit become close friends, though Punit is not asked to participate in any criminal activity. When Ganpat finds out that Punit’s brother was a police informer, and his fiancee a policewoman, he instructs Vishnu to kill Punit, but Vishnu does not do so, and Ganpat issues instructions to have him killed also. In the meantime, Punit is abducted by Gangu Tai and held there. Gangu has taken a liking to Punit, as he reminds her of her son. When the police start an investigation against Gangu Tai, they assign Agni to go and arrest her, which she does. When Gangu is released, she herself has Agni abducted and tied up in her hide-out. Agni is shocked when she finds out that Punit is involved with some of Bombay’s most wanted, and now Punit must decide to stay with Vishnu, Gangu, and Ganpat or else go back to Agni, if so, will the three permit him to do so?

Plot Summary: Aks is the story of a hunter and his prey. A cop and a killer. Aks is the story of Manu Verma and Raghuvan. The story begins in the heart of Budapest. The Indian Defence minister is on a routine foreign visit. He reveals the true details of his diplomatic trip to his head of Security Manu Verma by informing him about the floppy which has valuable information that could affect the very destiny of the nation. On the other hand Intelligence sources have revealed to Manu Verma that a lone assassin long feared for his ruthlessness has been paid to eliminate the Defence minister. The shadowy figure is called Raguhvan, Manu Verma reaches the Indian Defence Minister just moments too late to save him and finds the statesman in a pool of blood Raguhvan has struck and vanished into thin air. Now the hunter becomes the hunted as Manu Verma tries to find Raghuvan. When he does find him something unexpected happens, which changes both Manu and Raguhvan forever.

Plot Summary: Laxman Prasad Sharma lives with his mother, Madhu, in a small town in India. He studies in a local college and has a sweetheart in tom-boyish Sanjana Bakshi. The College gets a new student when Ram joins the college. Initially there is considerable friction between Ram and Lakhsman, which soon turns to close friendship. Plot Summary: Singapore-based Dr. Siddhant Arya recruits a superhumanly powerful Indian-born man named Rohit Mehra, who was given special powers by a blue-skinned alien named Jadoo, to build a computer that can forecast the future, which results in an accident that kills Rohit. When this news reaches Rohit’s mother, Sonia, in India, she passes this on to Rohit’s wife, Nisha, who has just given birth to a son named Krishna. However, Nisha, unable to handle this devastating news, passes away, leaving Krishna to be brought up by Sonia. When Krishna is enrolled in school, she notices that he has the same intellectual and physical powers that his father possessed, so in order to shield him from any harm, she moves to a secluded and remote area in a mountainous region of the country, where he grows up. Years later, Krishna has matured, has acquired the same special powers that his father had, and is also able to communicate with animals. He meets with a camper named Priya and is attracted to her. When she returns home to Singapore, she phones him to visit her so that she can introduce him to her mother so that they can get married. A thrilled Krishna travels to Singapore, despite Sonia’s pleas; meets with Priya; and is all set to meet her mother, get married, and return home.
